- Recommended settings- To achieve the best printing results with SUNLU PVA filament, we recommend printing with the following parameters: Nozzle Temperature: 200-210(210-230), Print Speed: 50-100mm/s(100-200mm/s).Bed Temperature (with Glue):35-45 C.
- Printing Tips- Dry at 50C for 4-6 hours before printing. Use warm water to speed up the dissolving process. Partially dissolved PVA scaffolds may be manually removed to reduce waiting time. Recommend to use standard supports for greater stability, tree supports are prone to collapse.PP filament is not recommended for use in AMS, AMS Lite, or other multi-color systems.
- Vacuum Packed- SUNLU's PVA filament is vacuum-sealed to protect its quality from moisture, ensuring optimal performance is achieved immediately upon removal from packaging.
- Strong Compatibility- 1.75mm diameter with tight 0.03mm tolerance. Spool Diameter: 203.2mm(8inches), Spool Width: 63.5mm(2.5inches), Spool Hub Hole Diameter: 55.88mm(2.20inches). Compatible with most printers, such as Bambulab H2D, X1 series, etc.
