- SUNLU PA12-CF Heat-Resistant Spool- SUNLU PA12-CF 3D Filament made of 20% Carbon Fibers and 80% PA Nylon, use heat-resistant spool to facilitate drying before printing, the maximum drying temperature can reach 230(110).
- Superior Oil & Fuel Resistance- PA12 CF is resistant to grease, gasoline and solvents. It is suitable for printing fuel tank caps or workshop tool handles, etc. It is not easily degraded by contact with oil, so it is often used in automotive or factory projects.
- Extreme Wear Resistance- SUNLU carbon fibers create a smooth, low-friction surface that is ideal for moving parts such as gears, bearings or sliding mechanisms. In high wear environments, PA12-CF has a longer service life than PETG ABS filaments
- High Temperature Resistance up to 347(175)- PA-CF filament retains its shape over time in extreme conditionslike car engine parts, outdoor gear in direct sunlight, or hot workshop tools. It can withstand temperatures up to 347(175C), so your prints wont melt or warp.
- Low Density & Light Weight- PA12-CF's carbon fiber-reinforced nylon 12 (density: 1.04 g/cm) delivers metal-like strength without the weight. Perfect for printing lightweight bike helmets, drone frames, or car parts that demand both durability and portability.
- Lower Moisture Sensitivity- Nylon 12 is the nylon material with the lowest water absorption.Keeps prints rock-solid in rain, humidity, or underwaterno swelling or warping like regular nylon or PLA.
- Recommended Settings- To achieve the best printing results with SUNLUPA12-CF filament, we recommend printing at a nozzle temperature of 500-536(260-280C), a bed temperature of 122-158(50-70C), and a print speed of 60-150mm/s.To prevent filament breakage, PA12-CF is not recommended for use in AMS, AMS Lite, or other multi-color systems.
