- Excellent Drop Resistance- PA 3D printer filament resists damage from abrasion and friction, it very suitable for high-stress parts such as gears and bearings, and has excellent drop resistance.
- Low Shrinkage & Warp-Free- Nylon 6/66 copolymer formula minimizes shrinkage during printing, preventing warping and cracking for complex geometries with reliable dimensional accuracy.
- High-Temperature Resistance- EASY PA has a heat deflection temperature of 121C, ensuring stability in harsh environments (such as engine compartments, electronic equipment housings), and its performance is better than regular filament.
- Exceptional Layer Adhesion- Carbon fiber reinforcement enhances interlayer bonding, reducing delamination and fatigueperfect for dynamic parts like drone arms or robotic joints.
- Annealing Settings- Heat the PA printed model to the temperature(90-130C) and then slowly cooling it to improved heat resistance, strength and better mechanical properties.
- Vacuum packaging and PC spool- Vacuum packaging with aluminum foil bag offers superior sealing to prevent PA filament moisture. PC spool is resistant to high temperature of 110, and can be dried in E2 filament dryer, making printing more efficient.
