• NOT READY TO EAT FRY BEFORE SERVING: These arrive raw. Slide 4 to 5 into oil over medium heat and they puff in 10 to 15 seconds. You fry them fresh at home, so every piece reaches the plate warm and never stale.
• 90% RICE FLOUR, NO MAIDA: Ground from rice, not refined wheat. Rice flour, sesame (til), iodised salt, cumin, black cumin, red chilli, black pepper and carom seeds plus permitted food colours added at the very end. No preservatives.
