Features

  • COMPATIBILITY - Fits select Honda GX120, GX160 and GX200 horizontal-shaft engines commonly rated at 4, 5.5 or 6.5 HP. Suitable for compatible generators, water pumps, pressure washers, tillers, go-karts, mini bikes and other equipment using the matching engine and recoil configuration.
  • REPLACEMENT NUMBERS - Replaces 28400-ZE1-003ZF and 28400-ZH8-013YA. These engine families use more than one starter design, so compare the original part number, steel rod pawls, starter cup, mounting-hole layout and dimensions before ordering.
  • STEEL ROD PAWL DESIGN - Built with curved steel rod pawls that engage the included starter cup for dependable cranking. This configuration is different from plastic-pawl recoil starters; use the supplied cup when the original engagement shape does not match.
  • COMPLETE INSTALLATION SET - Includes 1 recoil starter assembly, 1 matching starter cup and 6 mounting bolts. The red metal housing, installed pull cord and handle provide a ready replacement for a worn, jammed or broken manual starting assembly.
  • FITMENT SUPPORT - Center-to-center mounting-hole spacing is approximately 160 mm. Measure the original recoil housing and compare the rear engagement structure before installation. Yinlowa provides a one-year warranty and product support.
