• WARM REMINDER: The bottle is more than 1/2 empty because the glue hardens in the absence of air, so filling the bottle completely would cause the glue to start hardening. The bottle is air permeable and allow air to pass through the wall. There is also some air gap over the product inside the bottle to maintain stability of glue. Thus a 50 ml pack of contains 50 ml glue in a much larger bottle.
• APPLYING: Applying fill gaps up to 0.25mm with 25-40 mins fixture time. High strength, high viscosity and high temperature resistance. Solidification time (first solidification/full solidification): 20m/24h. Service maximum temperature: 230. Shear strength on steel: 3800PSI. Viscosity at 35.0 C Spindle 3, speed 20 rpm is around 8000 mPas.
• USE-METHOD: 1. Clean all surfaces. 2. Shake well before use. 3. Apply sufficient product onto the bolts at the nut engagement area. If parts have come into contact with water-based solvents or cutting fluids and a protective layer is left on the surface, flush with hot water before gluing.
• WHAT CAN DO: Green color, high strength, high temperature performance and oil tolerance for the bonding of cylindrical metal fitting parts. Can eliminate micro-vibration wear phenomenon, withstand high load and anti-rust. The product prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It provides slow curing and works on steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plated metal parts.
• APPLICATION: This retaining compound is widely used in automotive for valve covers, oil pans, sleeves in pump, housings, bearings, engines, radiator assemblies and others to extend the lifespan and improve the durability of components, particularly good for applications where requires high temperature resistance up to 230C.
