• Useful tips: Too much or too little coffee powder as well as uneven distribution can lead to splashes. Try different grinding grades so that the powder is neither too fine nor too coarse. Then compact the coffee powder with a tamper. You can solve more problems via YouTube
• 90% of all leaks come from too coarse grinding, not a poor fit. Too coarse grinding + fast water flow + no pressure water leaks out at the edge. Grind finer (but don't overdo it, otherwise the flow will clog) - then pressure builds, the water will flow through the coffee puck, not past it. Fix the grinding, fix the leak
