Characteristics include strong arc penetration, minimal slag, high welding efficiency, and aesthetically pleasing weld bead appearance
- APPLICATION: Primarily used in cross-country and field pipeline welding (root/hot passes), shipbuilding, structural fabrication, and other heavy steel construction requiring deep penetration in all positions
