• Washable and Reusable: The external ceramic filter is washable and reusable. The gravity filtration system does not require electricity and should be used regularly every day. The filter can keep your water delicious for at least six months. Please note that you have to totally submerge the carbon filter about once a week in order for the drip system to siphon properly.
• Maintenance Tips: When using the ceramic filter, it tends to accumulate a significant amount of impurities on the ceramic surface, causing a decrease in water flow after some time. We recommend using the provided sandpaper to gently scrub the ceramic surface under cold water, eliminating the clogged pores and revealing a new white layer for continued use.
