We use de-shelled seeds and sun-dry them for a few days to ensure better taste and aroma before pressing them to obtain Sunflower Oil.
- WOOD PRESSED OIL: Our Wood Pressed Sunflower Oil is 100% pure, vegan, preservative-free, chemical-free, & gluten-free. We press the sunflower seeds in wooden Kolhus at a low temperature. We use cold-press technology to ensure that the nutrients remain intact. Then, we let the oil sit for sedimentation for 2-3 days. Following this, we sieve filter the sunflower oil.
- SUNFLOWER OIL NUTRITION: Our cold-pressed sunflower oil retains all naturally occurring nutrients. It is high in monounsaturated fat, omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and is a good source of antioxidants. It also has mild laxative properties that help in better digestion.
