Features

  • Forms a uniform milky white stable emulsion when added to water in concentration of 5 vol.%. Always add oil to water and NOT water to oil. Refractometer Factor: 1.1
  • It makes stable milky emulsion with water having hardness up to 400 ppm
  • These are blended with a special concentrate containing emulsifiers, rust inhibitor and biocide
  • Does not have harmful effects on human skin, and it resists bacterial attack leading to obnoxious odor
  • These can be used for a variety of machining operations depending on the concentration of the emulsion, except for magnesium and its alloys. For high speed grinding applications, it is used at 2 to 4% concentration and for normal cutting operation at 5% concentration. Higher concentrations are used when better rust prevention is required
