ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS: The Sportneer ankle weights come in pairs; each single weight comes with 5 removable sandbags, which weigh 0.6 LB. Each single weight can be adjusted from 1.1 lbs to 3.5 lbs, and one pair can be adjusted from 2.2 lbs to 7 lbs by adding or removing the sandbags.
QUALITY & COMFORT: The Sportneer wrist weights were made of neoprene exterior, reinforced stitching, sturdy outer trim, and moisture-absorbing material inside. They were soft, breathable, and comfortable; you could feel their softness when holding them in your hands.
EXTENDED LENGTH & STRONG VELCRO: The adjustable leg weights are designed with extended length velcro (about 11.6 inches), which can ensure a long enough fit and provide a greater fit for sizes of ankle and wrist from 7 to 11 inches (perimeter).
