• KALONJI WORKED INTO THE DOUGH Black cumin (kalonji) is kneaded in, not sprinkled on, so the warm, faintly peppery note runs through the whole piece instead of sitting on the surface. Salted just enough that one handful becomes three.
• NO PALM OIL, NO PRESERVATIVES Four things on the label and nothing else: refined wheat flour, sunflower oil, salt and kalonji. No palm oil, no added sugar, no artificial colours or flavours, no onion or garlic. 100% vegetarian. Contains wheat (gluten).
