- Single metric scale cylinder is calibrated 'to contain' (TC), with a capacity of 500mL, height of 445mm (without stopper) and outer diameter of 50mm
- Made from borosilicate glass code 7740
- White enamel graduations with a graduation interval of 5mL and a tolerance of +/- 4mL; features a PYREX No. 27 standard taper stopper
- Non-sterile and reusable; useful as a mixing cylinder
- Supplied without a bumper guard; this is the suggested replacement for Corning Item Numbers 2983-500 and 2984-500
