With a Vicat Softening Temperature of 104C and strong mechanical properties, Polymaker ABS 3D printer filament is perfect for functional parts that need durability and high-temperature resistance.
- Enhanced Stability: Polymaker 1.75mm ABS 3D printing filament (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is crafted from a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, featuring significantly lower volatile content than traditional ABS. For outdoor applications requiring UV resistance, we recommend our UV-resistant ASA filament.
- Moisture-Free: Polymaker 1.75mm ABS 3D printing filament is packaged in a vacuum-sealed resealable bag with desiccant and comes in a sturdy, sealed box for optimal printing performance and protection.
- Cardboard Spool: Available in upgraded 3.0 packaging, featuring a fully recycled cardboard spool and box.
- Important Note: Pass the ABS 3D printing filament through the fixed hole after use to avoid tangling. A heated bed and suitable printing surface are necessary to prevent warping. Larger parts are more susceptible to warping on home printers, and the odor during printing is stronger than with PLA. Using a raft or brim, or slowing down the first layer, can help minimize warping.
