- Inner Surface made of Food Grade SS 304 Stainless Steel. Outer Surface made with Magnetic SS 430 Stainless Steel, supports Induction cooking and also prevent hot spots when used for Conventional Cooking.
- An Encapsulated third layer made of heat-diffusing Aluminium, Which ia highly heat conductive, maximizes the even spreading of heat, minimizes sticking and gives tastier, more evenly cooked food with less stiring.
