  • Modern Forms Fan Downrods should only be used with Modern Forms Ceiling Fans. Our downrods are manufactured to work with Modern Forms Smart Fans only, failure to use with a Modern Forms fan only can result in damage to your fan. Modern Forms downrods are 3/4 in. outter diameter and can be used to extend your Modern Forms ceiling fan height.
  • Downrods are available in 12in, 18in, 24in, 36in, 48in, 60in, and 72in. Downrods cannot be used with "Hugger" or "Flush Mount" ceiling fans.
  • Available in a variety of finish options to match your ceiling fan finish. All Modern Forms Downrods are UL, cUL, CSA listed and comply with global safety standards.
  • Modern Forms downrods can be joined together using a downrod coupler (SC-xx) to make lengths greater than 72in.
  • All Modern Forms downrods have a single threaded end on the motor side and can be shortened in the field by cutting the un-threaded side, for instance if you need a 10in downrod you can purchase a 12in and field shorten it by 2in.
