Features
- Manna Black Dates are the most ripe form of dates. In the final stage of ripening the dates, the color of the skin usually almost turn dark, although this might not be uniform.
- Manna specializes in ripening the dates through four stages. Black dates are the most ripened fourth stage or the last stage called Tamr ( or Tammar)
- In the 4th Stage of Tammar, Manna Black dates is the most ripe, making it softer, chewy and sweeter, which melts in the mouth. This also reduces the moisture in the dates and thus are called dried dates
- Dates are ripened till they are dark in this final stage contain it has more nutrients that fresh dates. They are rich in Protein, Fibre, Calcium and Iron from natural sources.
- Manna Black dates are graded packed in hygienically in a FSSAI graded factory. The dates are 100% natural food. Manna Black dates are not processed in the factor and is free of any artificial sweetening etc.
- We persevere to ensure that the dates you buy are freshest dates from the date of packing, by managing our supply chains better and reducing inventory, although dried dates, properly packed has a shelf life of 12 months.
