Features
- Because of its limited processing, white tea is considered one of the most delicate tea kinds. White tea is picked before the leaves of the tea plant fully open, when the immature buds are still coated in fine white hairs, therefore the term "white" tea.
- These buds and unfolded leaves from the tea plant's newest development are chosen and then dried fast and properly, so the leaves don't oxidize as much as leaves harvested for green or black tea producers. Because of the low oxidation and minimum processing, this tea is among the most delicate and fresh on the market.
- BAI MU DAN is prepared from select two leaves and a bud plucked from the most remote segregated areas of Makaibari surrounded by an untamed forest.
- Bai Mu Dan comprises delicate light green leaves with perfect fluffy buds. Once brewed the liquor is of the palest apple green, almost white.
- The aroma is that of soft peony mown hey with a sweet and well-rounded balance of gooseberry and honey. The freshly harvested leaves are then roasted at temperatures below 180 F and are then hand sorted. Bai Mu Dan is believed to be a relaxant for the mind and body.
