• IT'S A DARK ROAST. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE STRONG. Burn Out is bold, smoky, and bittersweet. That's what a French Roast tastes like and that's exactly what we're going for here. It's not balanced. It's not subtle. If that sounds like your kind of coffee, great. If you want something light or smooth, this is the wrong bag.
• WON'T MESS WITH YOUR STOMACH Dark roasting burns off a lot of the acids that cause heartburn and gut issues. So you get a strong, heavy coffee that's actually easier on the stomach than most light roasts. If you've been avoiding strong coffee because of acidity, try this. It's not a workaround it's just how dark roasts work.
• WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY OWN Medium fine grind. That's the sweet spot for Moka Pots, South Indian filter coffee makers, drip machines, V60, and pour overs. Most people in India already have at least one of these at home. You don't need a grinder. Just open and brew. Heads up not for French Press or espresso machines, grind size won't work well there.
• 100% ARABICA, HONEY SUN DRIED NO ROBUSTA, NO FILLER Single origin Arabica, processed the honey way beans dried with the fruit layer still on, which gives the cup a slightly fuller body and rounds off the bitterness. No Robusta mixed in to bulk it up. No additives. No chicory. Just the coffee.
• SPECIALTY GRADE BETTER BEANS THAN WHAT'S ON MOST SUPERMARKET SHELVES Specialty grade means the green beans cleared an SCA score of 80+ before roasting. Most dark roast coffees you see in supermarkets use lower-grade beans and lean on roast intensity to cover it. Better starting point here means the dark roast actually adds to the cup instead of hiding problems.
