  • Important Usage Tips Although we pre-dry the PEBA filament before vacuum packaging, PEBA is extremely hygroscopic. Predry at 80C/ 812h, print from dry box with direct drive. iSANMATE filament reformulated to reduce warping; use adhesive & stable bed/chamber temp if needed. Retraction 1.4mm or off. The PEBA 90A need to store sealed with desiccant.
  • Recommended Print Settings for PEBA 90A Pre-Print Drying: Forced-air dryer at 80C for 812 hours; Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm (recommended), 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm;Nozzle Temperature: 230C; Build Plate: Standard; Build Plate Preparation: Normally no adhesive required; apply glue in special cases if warping occurs; Bed Temperature: 3565C; Cooling Fan: 3070%; Print Speed: 4080 mm/s; Retraction Length: 0 (off) or 0.41.4 mm; Retraction Speed: 0 (off) or 2050 mm/s; Following these settings and running a test print to verify will help you consistently produce lightweight, ultra-resilient, high-performance prints.
