HANDBODE Olympic Barbell, 7ft 45lb / 6.5ft 35lb, Weight Bar, 2-Inch Sleeves

Features

• Exact Fit and Dimensions: The 86.6 in bar has a 51.6 in shaft, 28 mm grip and 16.3 in sleeves; 50 mm sleeves accept 2 in Olympic plates. Check that your rack's outside width is below 51.6 in before ordering.
• 1000 LB Rated Capacity: The alloy-steel bar is listed at 190,000 PSI tensile strength and rated for loads up to 1000 lb; actual weight is 45 lb (20 kg).
• Four Hybrid Needle Bearings: Two per sleeve, four total, work with brass bushings for smooth, controlled rotation; medium whip balances strength work with faster Olympic-style lifts.
• Volcano Knurl, 28 MM Grip: Two 16.7 in volcano-pattern sections use cratered peaks for tactile feedback without a center knurl; dual IWF and IPF marks guide repeatable setup for Olympic lifts, bench presses and deadlifts.
• Part-Specific Finishes: The shaft uses a spray-applied, oven-cured finish for a hard, smooth color surface; the sleeves use electrically applied E-Coat for consistent coverage that helps resist corrosion.
• Multipurpose Training and Package: Use the 28 mm bar for squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, rows, cleans, front squats, lunges, curls and hip thrusts; package includes one barbell; plates are sold separately.
• Drop-Noise Expectations: Needle bearings support sleeve rotation but do not silence a loaded bar contacting the floor; landing noise depends on plates, flooring and technique; bumper plates and suitable gym flooring can help manage impact sound.
