• DOP Wax: 1 DOP Wax weighing approximately 4-4.5 ounces.The melting temperature of this abrasive-grade hard coating wax is 150F.Note: Grinding stones may break during transportation, but this does not affect their use. • Product Use: DOP Wax is a wax used in gemstone processing to secure gemstones to DOP rods (a tool used to hold gemstones for processing). During gemstone cutting and polishing, it ensures that the gemstone is securely attached to the DOP rod, facilitating the craftsman's work. After processing is complete, it can be easily removed through appropriate heating without damaging the gemstone
• Instructions: First, heat the DOP Wax and DOP Rod to soften the wax. Then apply the wax to the end of the DOP Rod. Place the gemstone on the wax, ensuring it is secure and properly positioned. Allow the wax to cool and harden, bonding the gemstone tightly to the DOP Rod. After processing, gently heat the wax to soften it, then separate the gemstone from the rod
• Good adhesion: Provides a secure hold for gemstones at normal temperature, ensuring that they do not shift during cutting, polishing, and other processes
• Removability: After processing, the material softens when moderately heated, allowing the gemstone to be cleanly removed from the DOP rod without leaving any wax residue or damaging the gemstone
