Features
- Perfect positioning: The Fischer FID II insulation gusset is suitable for attaching light objects to thermal coat. Thanks to the combined function of centering, milling and cutting the self-drilling drill of the dowel, FID II can be screwed with millimeter precision.
- Versatility: The small head diameter in combination with the underhead milling blades ensures a perfectly concealed and flush fixing result of the surface. FID II is particularly suitable for attaching light accessories such as outdoor lights, house numbers or bells to insulating panels (such as EPS, XPS, mineral wool or wood fibre).
- Additional features: thanks to the optional use of an additional chemical component in the insulation dowel such as Fischer Fill&fix or Fischer 1K PU foam, the load values can be significantly high
- Easy to use: FID II allows flexible use because it can be combined with screws of diameter from 3.5 to 4.5 mm. The innovative tip geometry allows for quick installation, without pre-drilling, even in the presence of hard plaster.The dowel head, thanks to its small size, remains hidden behind the fixed object.
