  • Firm, low voltage loss and little heat generation. Resistance: 500; Current: 20mA; Package Quantity: 100 pieces (discrepancy: 1%)
  • [Note]: In order not to damage the diodes, please DO NOT use them at voltage over 12V. The diode would dim as the voltage reduces, but we do not recommend voltage lower than 9V.
  • Application: Used most commonly for DIY lighting projects, science circuit experiments, signal indicators, etc.
