• 3/16"-2" OD Tubing Cutter for Metal Pipe: Designed for tubing and pipe measured by actual outside diameter. Fits up to 2" OD tubing and many 1-1/2" NPS metal pipes, depending on pipe type and wall thickness. Not for 2" NPS pipe, which is larger than 2" OD. Always measure the outside diameter before ordering
• For Metal Tubing Only: Built for copper tubing, copper pipe, brass, aluminum, and thin-wall stainless tubing. Not recommended for PVC, plastic pipe, cast iron, thick-wall steel pipe, or thick-wall stainless pipe. For stainless cuts, use cutting fluid to help reduce heat and improve cutting control. Cutting fluid is not included
• 6-Roller Tracking and SKD11 Cutting Wheel: The 6-roller bearing design helps keep tubing centered for smoother, more square cuts. The hardened SKD11 cutting wheel is made for compatible copper, brass, aluminum, and thin-wall stainless tubing. The non-slip feed knob allows controlled pressure adjustment during cutting
• Use Gradual Feed Pressure: Place the tube between the rollers and cutting wheel, tighten the knob lightly, rotate the cutter 1-2 full turns, then tighten gradually and repeat until the cut is complete. Do not over-tighten in one step, as excessive pressure may deform thin-wall tubing or cause uneven cuts
• Complete Cutter and Deburring Kit: Includes 1 tube cutter, 1 deburring tool, 1 spare SKD11 cutting wheel, and 1 HSS deburring blade. Deburr after cutting to clean inside edges and help prepare tubing for repair, installation, HVAC, plumbing, and general metal tubing work
