Unlike topical sealers that form a surface film only and can peel or flake over time, this penetrating sealer protects from within while maintaining the natural appearance and breathability of driveways, patios, and pavers.

• 32+ MONTH REAL-WORLD TESTED PERFORMANCE Nanoprotect has been tested outdoors for over 32 months under real environmental conditions. Its deep-penetrating protection remains active below the surface, providing long-lasting performance even as visible water beading may naturally decrease over time.
• FOR ABSORBENT MINERAL SURFACES ONLY Ideal for medium to highly absorbent surfaces such as concrete, concrete pavers, brick, exposed aggregate, sandstone, travertine, and porous natural stone used on driveways, patios, and walkways. Not suitable for polished, sealed, painted, or non-absorbent surfaces such as marble, granite, porcelain, quartz, or dense stone. Always test on a small area before full application.
• EASY SPRAY APPLICATION READY-TO-USE OR CONCENTRATE Clean the surface and allow it to dry before application. Apply evenly with a pump sprayer using a wet-on-wet method for best penetration. Allow approximately 24 hours to dry. Available as Ready-to-Use (1 Gal & 5 Gal) or Concentrate (32 fl oz), which mixes at a 1:11 ratio and yields about 3 gallons of ready-to-use solution.
• COVERAGE DEPENDS ON SURFACE ABSORBENCY Covers up to approx. 200 sq ft per gallon for a single coat application. Wet-on-wet application typically covers around 135 sq ft per gallon. The 32 fl oz concentrate (mixed 1:11) yields about 3 gallons of ready-to-use sealer, covering up to 400 sq ft wet-on-wet or up to 600 sq ft single coat depending on surface absorbency and application method.
• ECO-FRIENDLY WATER-BASED FORMULA Nanoprotect is water-based, ultra-low VOC, solvent-free, acrylic-free, PFAS-free, and microplastic-free.
