The carbon fiber structure significantly enhances the materials rigidity, mechanical strength, and heat resistance, while also providing excellent interlayer adhesion, resulting in dense, delamination-resistant printed parts.
  • Suitable for Industrial Engineering Printing - PA12-CF filament combines high strength, high durability, and outstanding heat resistance. Printed parts made with this carbon fiber nylon filament can be widely applied in various industrial scenarios. It is suitable for manufacturing structures requiring torsional, tensile, and impact resistance, including gears, screws, protective helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard accessories, bicycle frames, pedals, brackets, tooling fixtures, fasteners, drone frames, prosthetic components, handles, and various other functional parts.
  • PA12-CF High Heat Resistance- With a heat deflection temperature as high as 230C, it far exceeds conventional 3D printer filaments such as Easy PA, PC, and ASA. It is well-suited for the long-term production of high-temperature-resistant components, including automotive exhaust pipes, motor housings, kitchen appliance handles, kettle bases, automotive engine compartment parts, mechanical guards, and heat-resistant fixtures.
  • 3D Printer Settings - Nozzle temperature: 270290C; Bed temperature: 5070C; Speed: 50150 mm/s; Post-processing: 80130C for 512 hours (to ensure the printed parts have good heat resistance, it is recommended to anneal the printed models); Print Bed Surface: Almost any surface; simply apply a thin layer of PVA glue .
  • PA12-CF Precautions - Drying is required before printing. Recommended drying filament conditions: 80C for 24 hours or 110C for 4 hours. Due to its abrasive nature, use hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzles for optimal performance and to prevent wear on standard copper alloy nozzles.
