• Take Al Ruba Fried Chicken Masala in a bowl, add 2 tablespoon salt and 150ml water, the make a paste. Freshly cut 2.5 kg chicken meet with skin or boneless and marinate. After marination, keep it in the chiller for 4 to 6 hours. Take all purpose flour 2 kg, 2 tablespoon milk powder and mix well. Coat the marinated chilled chicken with the flour mix. Dip the coated chicken in to the water and take back. Again coat the chicken with flour mix. Deep fry upto 12 to 15 min.
