- This set includes 2 non-magnetic drain plugs with gaskets. They replace many OEM numbers such as 10-79953Q04, 10-79953Q2, 10-79953A2, 79953Q04, 79953Q2, 79953A2, F50109, 816610A1, 79953, F40109, 816610A2, 28634A1, 28634, 20259, Sierra 18-2244, Mallory 9-72650, also Mercruiser 19183, 191832, 191833, 19183B, 20260, 20260B, and Johnson/Evinrude 307552.
- Lower Unit Gear Lube Drain Screw fit many marine engines. They work with Mercury 3-cylinder EFI (30,40,75,80,90,115,125HP), 4-cylinder EFI (40,50,60HP), 6-cylinder Pro XS (175,200,225,250HP). Also fit MerCruiser 1.5L, 2.5L, 3.0L and all MerCruiser stern drives (I, R, MR, Alpha 1, TR, TRS), plus most Mercury and Mariner outboards except Verado series.
- Oil drain plug stop gear lube from leaking out and keep water from getting into the gear case. Water in the gear case can cause serious engine damage.
- To use: pump oil into the bottom hole until oil comes out the top hole. Then tighten the top plug first, then quickly put in and tighten the bottom plug. This reduces oil loss.
- Easy to install during routine lower unit maintenance. Please check your old plug size and thread (3/8-16) before ordering.
