- HIGH-TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: This skived PTFE tape with silicone adhesive provides good heat resistance properties up to 500F, good electrical insulation properties, and chemical inertness.
- APPLICATIONS: Used for mechanical and electrical applications, including coil wraps, separators, transformers, slot liners, harness wrapping, and down-hole cable splicing. Common industries include Electrical, Mechanical, Military and Defense, and Oil and Gas.
- SPECIFICATIONS: This PTFE film tape measures 1/2 inch wide by 5 yards long with a total thickness of 6.5 mil and a backing thickness of 5 mil. The color of the film tape is gray. Can withstand temperatures up to 500F. Meets UL File OANZ2.E66639 Thermal Class H.
