  • Material Acrylic. Cake Ring Size- 7 x 7 inch and thickness 4 mm. 2 Acrylic Board for top and bottom Size- 7.25 inch each and thickness- 2 mm
  • The acrylic cake rings can be used to make layered cakes, entremet etc.You need to line the inside of the cake ring with mousse strips/acetate sheet. Start to layer the sponges inside the ring. Use piping bag to fill cream/filling between the layers. Finish the top with the top most layer of icing.
  • The advantage of this see-through ring is you can watch your layers as you fill and make sure the filling is just the right quantity that you need in each layer. Freeze the ring along with the cake for 1 hour. Gently pull out the ring and peel off the mousse strip from the sides. This layered cake can then be frosted/glazed as needed.
  • It can be used for decorating with different show pieces at different tiers to enhance the cake looks and increase the layers . As acrylic boards are also provided so that you can keep cake in between the ring.
  • Food Safe Material: Made of food grade Plastic (acrylic), Strong and durable material for safe food contact applications. Use- Wash an Wipe with Clean Cloth and you are ready to use it again and again
