- MADRAS FILTER COFFEE MAKER: Food Grade Stainless Steel (304 grade) with smooth edges and a premium finish.
- MADRAS FILTER COFFEE: This is our authentic signature blend which is Indian Robusta and Fine Arabica Coffee. Arabica beans give a sweeter, softer taste with a slight tone of sugar, fruits, and berries, whereas Robusta gives a stronger and harsher taste along with grain-like overtones.
- BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Add 2 tbsp (40g) coffee to your Indian filter. Place the tamper and pour 120ml boiled water (halfway through) and close the lid. After 15 minutes, pour in another 120ml of the boiled water. Put the lid on and leave for 15 minutes. The bottom chamber has the decoction. Add sugar and milk according to your taste and enjoy with a wide smile
- FROTHING: Froth it up in a traditional Indian tumbler called Dabra Vati and enjoy serving in the popular South Indian way.
