• 10Gbps theoretical high-speed transmission This enclosure supports a theoretical bandwidth of 10Gbps, while the actual transfer speed is affected by your host USB port, SSD performance, data cable and file size. USB 2.0 ports only reach up to 480Mbps and cause obvious slow speeds & freezing during large-file transmission. Continuous full-speed operation will generate heat; we suggest transferring files in batches to avoid overheating risks to your NVMe SSD.
• Compatible with multiple sizes of M.2 NVMe SSD (Not for SATA M.2) It fits 2230/2242/2260/2280 M.2 NVMe SSD with M-key / B+M key interface only. SATA protocol M.2 hard drives are not supported and cannot be recognized by your PC. Please install the SSD in correct alignment; misinstallation will lead to detection failure.
• ABS plastic housing with limited heat dissipation The shell is made of ABS plastic instead of aluminum alloy, which has weaker heat dissipation performance. Long-time uninterrupted high-load transmission will raise the surface temperature significantly. Do not run the enclosure at full speed for more than 10 minutes continuously to prevent high temperature from shortening your SSD service life.
• Wide PC system compatibility with required initialization operation Plug and play for Windows / Mac OS computers. Note that brand-new blank NVMe SSDs cannot be displayed directly on your computer; you need to finish disk initialization and partition via Windows Disk Management or Mac Disk Utility first. Old USB hubs and low-version USB ports may cause connection failure or unrecognizable drives.
• Partial compatibility with Android OTG devices Only Android phones/tablets equipped with USB3.2 OTG protocol can work stably. Older Android devices will suffer slow reading speed or connection failure.
