- Easy installtion: The door is specifically designed for Hillhub water heaters. Please ensure you follow the correct dimensions (18" x 18") when installing the replacement door. Installation Instructions: Firstly, unscrew all screws from the mounting flange securely. Next, position the RV water heater door fully to fill the gap, making certain it is properly aligned. Then, tighten up the door with the screws until they are all firmly embedded. Finally, seal around the perimeter of the door panel using a glass-bonding adhesive to ensure a tight, weather-resistant seal
