- Made in Japan with a lifetime warranty; Model X Chef's Knife has an 8" blade (13.25" overall) with 2" blade height, 4mm spine thickness at heel and weighs 9.2 oz. (262g); Paring Knife has a 3.5" blade (7.6" overall) with 3/4" blade height, 1.8mm spine thickness at heel and weighs 2.2 oz. (63g)
