Diamond Flux FA241 active, tacky soldering flux in a syringe for soldering and repairing oxidized surfaces, Printed Circuit Boards, PCB components, and electronic assemblies. Suitable for lead and lead-free solder alloys.
For soldering and repairing FPGA, BGA, QFN, QFP, SOIC pads, SMD and DIP components, and other components on Printed Circuit Boards.
Effectively copes with oxide layers on printed circuit board conductors during repair, tinning, and soldering of PCBs after exposure to moisture and water.
Provides good wetting and metal adhesion on copper, oxidized PCB pads, traces, and other electronic PCB surface finishes.
Solder flux residues may remain active after soldering and must be effectively cleaned from the printed circuit board with a PCB cleaner. Residues may conduct electricity. Conforms to J-STD-004B and RoHS.
ROM1 class soldering flux intended for cleaning after soldering of electronic PCBs and components. Air exhaust or proper ventilation is recommended. Not intended for stranded wires.
Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture indicated on the syringe sticker.
