  • Connector #1: heavy-duty insulation-piercing macro-hook (E-Z-Macro-Hook). Housing material is molded nylon and piercing needle is nickel-silver alloy. Total hook length is 5.5 inches (138.97 mm).
  • Connector #2: heavy-duty standard (4 mm) unshrouded male banana plug. Housing material is molded acetal and contact material is nickle-plated beryllium copper or phosphor bronze. Total plug length is 1.822 inches (46.28 mm).
  • Insulation-piercing needle on the contact blade pierces most 12-22 AWG wire or a max wire diameter of 0.14 inches.
  • Banana plug accepts/connects to a standard (4 mm) female banana socket (jack).
  • These test leads each utilize 36 inches of 18 AWG PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) wire. This is a set of 2 assorted colors: black and red. Commonly used in conjunction with a digital multimeter (DMM) for electrical measurements and diagnostic testing.
