• PDO SERIES: The Caplugs PDO Series of Plastic Threaded Plugs are designed to provide a positive seal for SAE straight-threaded O-ring type ports and bosses on fluid power components. The integral O-ring-type bead seals in the bevel of the port to prevent fluid leakage or entrance of contaminants.
• VARIETY OF SIZES: There are different sizes of threaded plugs in the PDO Series to suit your various needs. This particular plug is made to fit a thread size of 1-1/16-12". The dimensions are as following: Length 1.00" x Width 1.31".
• EASY INSTALLATION: These plugs have two unique design factors that make them easy to install and therefore remove. The first is up top, on the wider end. There is a series of ribs spaced throughout the circumference of the top part making for an easier grip when putting in or taking out. Below the head, there are two ribs on the inside that create a tight seal once pushed in, as they stick our and to the sides of whatever port they're placed in.
• WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE: The high-density polyethylene that these plugs are made from are not only strong to hold and protect SAE O-ring ports, they are also temperature resistant. The Caplugs PDO Series of plugs can provide service from 0 to 215 Fahrenheit, or -18 to 102 Celsius.
