It supports both Thread and Zigbee protocols with Matter compatibility to connect with Apple Home, Home Assistant, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings, and Homey. (*Matter requires a corresponding Thread Border Router and Matter Controller). Note: Thread protocol offers only Open/Close Monitoring. Zigbee protocol (Aqara Hub required, except for Camera Hub G5 Pro, Camera G2H Pro, Camera Hub G410 and Camera Hub G350.) unlocks full features including Object Monitoring. Only one mode can be active at a time.
• Hassle-Free Open / Close Monitoring: In Open/Close Monitoring Mode, the Multi-State Sensor P100 accurately detects the status of hinged doors, casement windows, hopper windows, composite windows, refrigerators, safes, and more. Its single-body design eliminates the alignment hassle of traditional twopiece magnetic sensors, ensuring reliable detection even if doors/windows sag over time. Ideal for home security and energysaving automations.
• Context-Aware Object Monitoring : Switch to Object Monitoring Mode in the Zigbee protocol (requires an Aqara hub) to unlock comprehensive event detection: orientation (horizontal/vertical/tilt), movement, fall, vibration, and triple tap. Perfect for securing valuables, monitoring drawers, detecting glass breaking, or caring for elders and pets. Get precise alerts based on what actually happened, not just generic motion. (Note: Supported only in the Aqara Home App via Zigbee mode; cannot be bridged to third-party Matter platforms.)
• Easy Installation & Smart Calibration: The Multi-State Sensor P100's onepiece design sticks to almost any flat surface. Quickly press the top button of the device three times to complete manual calibration. Choose from 10 adjustable sensitivity levels to match your environment, and customize reporting intervals (5s to 5min) in Zigbee mode. Its AI selflearning algorithm continuously corrects minor drift over time, ensuring longterm accuracy and reducing false alerts. (Indoor use only; avoid direct rain exposure.)
