• 1KG STANDARD SIZE WITH APPROX. 385 M OF FILAMENT The 1kg Standard Size contains approximately 385 m of 1.75 mm PEBA filament for large models, repeated testing, and multiple functional projects. Each color section is approximately 50 m, and one complete five-color transition requires about 250 m of filament. Smaller prints may display only part of the color sequence, while a sufficiently large print can reveal the full rainbow transition.
• HIGH-REBOUND 90A PEBA FOR AIRLESS BALLS & SPORTS PARTS Delivers over 78% energy return for fast shape recovery and dynamic response, outperforming standard 95A TPU and many conventional flexible filaments. • 20% LIGHTER WITH TOUGHNESS & FATIGUE RESISTANCE AMOLEN PEBA has a lower density than many traditional nylon and TPU materials, helping produce lightweight parts without sacrificing flexibility or durability. Rigid polyamide blocks and flexible polyether segments provide impact resistance, repeated-flex durability, and reliable shape retention. Suitable for drone parts, wearables, robotics, sporting equipment, dampers, protective components, and demanding functional prototypes.
• RELIABLE PRINTING WITH PROPER DRYING & SETUP Designed for smooth feeding, consistent extrusion, strong layer bonding, and minimal warping when properly dried and configured. A 0.6 mm nozzle is recommended for large models and complex flexible lattice structures. Dry thoroughly before printing and store in a sealed, dry environment after use. Model geometry, filament consumption, temperature, speed, and material condition can affect both color distribution and final rebound performance.
