Features

  • High Temperature Lubrication: Boron nitride remains effective up to 800C in air and 1950C in inert gas, providing excellent dry lubrication for hot parts and tools.
  • Dual Property Material: Boron nitride (BN) acts as an electrical insulator at room temperature and becomes a semiconductor at high temperatures.
  • Protective Coating: Provides a stable coating for metals, ceramics, ceramic fibres and graphite, remaining inert to molten metals, glass, and salts.
  • Wide Application Range: Ideal for thermocouple and probe protection, casting tools, foundry moulds, gasket wire drawing, electrical insulation, sintering, and as a release agent in metallurgy and plastic injection moulds.
  • Easy Spray Application: Clean the surface, shake the aerosol well, spray from about 70 cm, and apply several thin, even layer allowing each to dry before the next for best coating performance.
