Features

• Eligibility and Validity: The plan is valid only for new vehicle batteries purchased along with the vehicle, not for refurbished or second-hand batteries. The vehicle must be serviced at OEM-authorized service centers.
• Coverage: The plan covers repair or replacement of the battery pack and its components for inherent manufacturing defects, provided the battery is in its original condition and has not been tampered with.
• Liability Cap: The maximum liability under the plan is limited to INR 65,000 or INR 60,000 depending on the model, covering all claims during the warranty period. Kilometer Limit: The plan will not cover the battery if it has been used in the same vehicle for a distance exceeding 75,000 km from the date of first registration.
• Exclusions: The plan excludes normal wear and tear, damage due to theft, loss, abuse, or unauthorized repairs, and any issues covered under the OEM warranty. It also does not cover damage from chemicals, water immersion, or misuse.Plan Activation and Termination: The plan is activated upon delivery of the plan certificate and cannot be cancelled by the customer. It terminates on the plan end date or if the vehicle exceeds the 75,000 km driven range.
